2. Financing

If you lack personal funds, we can assist you in applying for a business loan through Holm Bank, which is developed with our needs in mind. The loan is available with real estate collateral, at an annual interest rate of 7% plus Euribor, and repayment begins after the completion of the villa and the start of business operations. Upon completion of the villa, we perform a new property appraisal and apply to Holm Bank for mortgage restructuring, which releases the initial real estate mortgage and allows the villa itself to service the loan.

3. Contracts and permits

Together with you, we will enter into villa purchase and franchise agreements, providing a solid foundation for your venture. We also assist with obtaining the necessary permits, including construction notification and occupancy permits from the local government, to ensure compliance with all requirements.
